ICICI wanted a performance feedback system for itself.
For this they chose e-Ncompass, a semi-customisable 360 degree/multi-rater feedback system by CM.
The product has undergone 4 feedback cycles as of date, without any hitches.
This product support is a major challenge considering that it's been deployed on Pramati, an indigenous application server known only in the environs of ICICI.
Configuring and optimising a proprietary system like that is something we had to grapple with, due to lack of proper documentation, but after close scrutiny of the configuration, we did manage to optimise the application. |
