What is e-Ncompass?

e-Ncompass is a software tool that simplifies the "360 degree feedback" process by taking it online. It brings transparency and objectivity in the process, thus motivating the organisation members to participate in the feedback-system, and giving organisation a well-balanced view of the training needs of its members. It helps you to identify from all perspectives, the strong/weak performance areas, and thus the training needs of the members. The Philosophy followed by e-Ncompass is that like most organisational processes, the 360 Degree Feedback is a generic process that is implemented after tweaking it to cater to certain organisational nuances.

The steps are as follows:

  1. Creating a Ratee list - list of participants
  2. Devising a questionnaire/feedback instrument
  3. Creating a quorum - the minimum number of Raters (employee who give feedback to Ratees) required
  4. Send an invitation to Ratees
  5. Schedule customize email reminders
  6. Monitor the activities of Ratee/Rater
  7. Generate individual report for individual Ratee.
